Action you can take to help build pressure for change
On December 4th 2017 the UK Government released a Green paper entitled Transforming Children and Young People’s Mental Health Provision. The paper was jointly submitted by Jeremy Hunt, now the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, and Justine Greening, the former Secretary of State for Education who was recently replaced by Damian Hinds.
The government is currently carrying out a public consultation asking for people’s views on the paper; the consultation closes at midday on March 2nd 2018. The consultation documents can be found here:
