Voter Registration
Day of Action

Friday 22nd November

At PSC, we want to ensure that ALL groups of people in our society have a voice and can exercise their democratic right. There are two stages to this: getting registered and getting voting.

We are kicking off our election campaign with a Day of Action to get people registered to vote! The deadline to register is 26th November 2019. You can register here.

Once you're registered you can decide whether or not to use the power of your vote on the day.

Get informed

Make sure you and the people in your network understand the processes for voting - how to register, how to do a postal vote and that they know who their local candidates are.

Get the message out

Get the message out about the need to make sure people are registered to vote. Talk to your colleagues, friends or neighbours. Post on social media.  People can check if they are registered by contacting their Electoral Registration Office.
Check your workplace or service

If you work in public services, find out what is in place to support service users to get registered. Use some of these resources to initiate or advertise registration.
Support the Mental Health Vote 19 campaign

The Mental Health Vote 19 campaign is organising to improve access to voting for people using mental health services.
